The CP Remote Control Hub is a comprehensive solution for the remote control and management of a fleet of specialized automated vehicles.

The ecosystem provides the functionality needed for the land and water PODs ("Problem of the Day" automated vehicles), designed to perform specialized tasks.

Strategic Objective:

The purpose of creating the CP Remote Control Hub software packages is the distribution and assignment of tasks between the Operator (human) and the "automated" vehicle to provide a high-quality service.

With the rise of technology, the automation of any labor functions seems inevitable. However, we believe that the best way of development will be the synergy of human capabilities and technology, as expert opinions are still highly rated during the decision-making process.

Automation Scenarios Interface

A unique functionality created by the AIP Institute based on ADANEC Automation Scenarios Framework provides the execution of specialized scenarios with the ability to manage low-level interaction processes through advanced input and output device signals to control mechanical and digital units.

The core functionalities are the automation of vehicle control processes and monitoring the state of vehicle systems.

Examples of vehicle control automation scenarios:

  • Remote diagnostics of the vehicle's internal systems, including monitoring the status of video surveillance systems, engine, windows, headlights, central lock, temperature sensors, etc.
  • Collection and storage of internal system status data in the Vehicle Profile.

Example of stand-alone control automation scenarios:

  • Media system control (video, audio playback): lower audio volume when Pod is in dense traffic.
  • Advertisement LED display image control in the predefined system events, such as "showing advertisements after stopping" or "displaying special advertisements when driving in a certain area".
  • Triggering events with payload on the Human-Machine Interfaces
  • Headlight control (turn on turn off any headlights of the vehicle) depending on the outside light level.
  • Engine control: block the engine in case of alcohol intoxication of the driver detected.
  • Central door lock control: lock the doors if driver is not in the vehicle for more than 5 minutes.
  • Window positioning: close the windows when doors are locked.
  • Temperature control of the storage system (in the refrigerator).

CleverPod Project Management Interface

Business process automation scenarios are integrated into various systems for setting and managing tasks (Atlassian, Microsoft, etc.), customer management systems (CRM), and resources (ERP). Interface carries out the assignments and control over the Task executions for the Operator during the work activities with the possibility of decomposition in scenarios using ADANEC Mindflow.

Up to now, the following scenario types are available:

1) Order Processing Scenario Type

This scenario type executes and controls the order cycle process, which includes the interaction with the driver, vehicle systems, and an external ordering system.

Functionality examples:
  • Processing orders in a planner tool (Scheduler)
  • Manual or automated script launch based on priority parameters
  • Triggering built-in scripts, such as “Receiving cargo”, “Unloading goods”, etc.
  • Evaluating the quality of delivery scenario execution according to the specified parameters (delivery time, customer satisfaction level)

2) Driver State Monitoring Scenario

This scenario type monitors the driver's state in accordance with the specified parameters reflected in his profile. All data obtained during the script execution is saved in the local and remote data vaults, updated status of the driver notified to the remote-control center.

Within this scenario type the following sub-tasks can be executed:

  • Assessment of the psychological state of the driver
  • Assessment of the driver's physical condition using connected alcohol test sensors and analysis of the driver's image
  • Other selected tasks

CleverPod Qualification Interface

Scenario type provides automation of the assessment and training process of the Operator for the work duties in the roles of "Driver", "Courier", "Service foreman" and others.

The scenario reads the status of the devices available to the Operator, tracking his actions, and perform the real-time analysis to assess the correctness and quality of these actions. The scenario can also push notifications to guide Operator with hints or complete tutorials.

In practice, this interface transforms the vehicle into a simulator for assessing and training work functions following the standards of international qualification systems.

CleverPod Qualification Interface is based on continuous content development in accordance with the standards of the AIP qualification framework.

This product allows building support and professional development programs for employees (vertical and horizontal career paths) based on their qualification Passport.

Payment Solution

The ecosystem brings a fully integrated suite of online-based payment solutions to keep your business running. However, the functionality allows the integration of custom payment gateways for accepting payments upon service completion, such as:

  • Payment by the time of use of publicly available POD
  • Payment for the delivery of goods (package, food, etc.) upon receipt.

If you are using a custom ordering system that already handles the payments, we provide the gateway to keep your ordering system informed on the order status, allowing it to charge your customer at the right time.

Media center

A vehicle media center for providing access to media content and its output through various interfaces, including:

  • Entertainment materials
  • Marketing materials

There are two media stations onboard: entertainment and marketing. This allows the operator comfortably carry out his task while advertising your firm or product. The marketing station can be fully managed remotely or autonomously using certain content in certain locations.

Operator profile

Driver Profile is the system-wide up-to-date information journal that contains all driver records starting from personal information and ending up with a log of actions performed within the ecosystem. This Profile is stored on the remote corporate servers and data can be used to evaluate driver performance or perform a periodic health check.

POD profile

POD Profile is a system journal that collects and stores all vehicle-related activities. Stored data includes but is not limited to readings from the system's digital devices, user interaction logs, and remote instructions.

POD Profile is used to analyze the vehicle's health as well as the health of each component. This allows predicting the time when the failure of a component may occur and perform preventive maintenance in a time window suits the firm.

POD Profile stores data in two distinct vaults: local and cloud. Local vault stores last 24-hour events and data in the system, and data which is waiting in the queue to be uploaded to the cloud. Cloud vault is responsible for storing complete data from the first system launch.

Elvin — Virtual Assistant

Elvin is a virtual assistant that uses a natural-language interface and machine learning algorithms to assist the Operator during the trip.



Elvin's unique functionalities used in the vehicle are scalable to a fleet-level allowing it to go outside the vehicle context and to be a part of a control center, helping the Operator to manage the fleet.

Natural-Language Interface

Elvin implements a Natural-Language Interface that allows it to understand the need of the Operator through verbal communication without requiring a predefined command set. If the assistant does not know how to execute a task, the Operator can verbally explain the steps which will be learned by Elvin and executed in future needs.

Personal Instructor

The direct access to the Cleverpod Quialidiaction Interface allows Elvin to take on the role of a virtual instructor, pointing out the Operators mistakes and promptly correcting them through the training process.

Advanced notification system

Informs the driver through audio, graphical and other interfaces on the state of the vehicle, changes in automated scripts, routes, etc.


With the enhanced Natural-Language Interface, Elvin can partially replace the attendants and even the guide through the well-developed content for the goals and objectives of the business.
